The aim of this study was to explain the obstacles and strategies for the popularization of Woman sports from the perspective of sports science professors and female employees in Mashhad and to present a model. The research method was content analysis. According to the research, initially using library studies, to identify 45 related articles and in-depth interviews with 20 professional and scientific experts, to extract elements and group them from the method, one of the constituent elements of obstacles and strategies for popularization of Woman sports. Content analysis was used. The output of this step was to identify 36 obstacles and 34 solutions. Convergent and divergent validity was used to determine the validity, which yielded results and coefficients above 70%. The results showed that the lack of a comprehensive and codified program and little attention to Woman public sports, especially female employees, has caused physical problems for this segment of society. Second, the leaders of sports organizations have worsened the situation due to lack of necessary knowledge and unprofessional management. The policies governing public sports are designed to be very vague and routine, and many changes have led to the inefficiency of the public sports board in this regard. To solve the existing problems, the development of sports among women requires the improvement of social beliefs, a fair and equitable view in the delegations, the sense of sportsmanship of women and the implementation of motivational schemes. Implementation of projects such as leisure festivals and the Joy and Health Cup should be better planned for women to increase woman interest in sports.
