Human is a creature compound of body and soul; that in one dimension is depended on physical universe and its effects, and in another dimension belongs to superphysical universe. Paying attention to the both dimensions and their effects on each other is essential in path through mysticism conduct and also it helps the person in path through mysticism conduct from the very first stages to the summit stage and meeting the Creator.

Disposition, which is studied in  medicine, is one   of the most important issues that should be concerned in subjects of preliminaries and conditions of path through mysticism conduct and in stages of mysticism revelation. And because requisite of engaging path through mysticism conduct is self-realization and realization of physical tools as steed of motion for it and realization of physical dimension effects in preliminary and roadblocks of path through mysticism conduct; hence in this article it is attempted to investigate preliminary some general matters as a preface for familiarizing terminology of traditional medicine and Islamic mysticism. And the most important part of this article is the second chapter which is concerned about specifying effects of disposition on preliminary conditions of mysticism conduct. And in the third chapter effects of disposition on choosing conduct method (studying the rule of master in choosing conduct method and appropriate dhikr proportional to the conductor) is concerned.
