From the research and study of the life of the Prophet (PBUH) both before emigrating to Medina who did not have a political and governmental organization or after establishing a new system and government in Hejaz to the center of Medina, his management style in various military, political, Judiciary, propaganda, and economics were based on “appointment” and not on “election”. It was eaten and unloaded.
In fact, in this article, the first cases of appointments of the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) in various fields, military, political, judicial, propaganda, economic, other than the installation of Amir al-Mu’minin (AS) in the caliphate are stated when the issue of “appointment” in these cases It was recognized as a basic principle and fixed policy in the rule of the Prophet.
