Fatimid history is one of the most important historical studies that need to be analyzed and clarified from different aspects. The thesis relied on the descriptive historical method, and these roads had a great impact on the prosperity of the Fatimid state, and these roads linked it to many countries, whether by land or sea roads, which were used through those roads to transport goods and merchandise between the Fatimid state and with other countries and these roads It helped to prosper and stabilize it, and it lasted for a long period of time until the Fatimid state became the focus of the world’s attention. One of the benefits of these roads other than commercial exchange and development at the level of the economic, social and scientific aspect is the transfer of new cultures and this led to the prosperity of many cities, which led to urban development, especially in building cities In addition to industries and administrative systems, the prosperity of many ports, the development of ship industry, and the prosperity of many expanses It spread in many internal and external roads and developed a lot of kaisers, hotels, khans, agencies and stores, where the Fatimid state made unremitting efforts to pay attention to it and to provide comfort to travelers and merchants who come to Egypt in order to facilitate the process of trade exchange, in addition to that the Fatimids made Great efforts are being made to secure those roads from those who cross them.
