The huge task in social and economic development and the requirements of development and radical transformations led to women’s affiliation to work, so the law was to prevent the gap between it and reality and to put forward guarantees to protect working women. It was necessary to know what the rights of workers are in general and the rights of working women in particular. After enabling women to engage in this effective economic activity, and that the matter of empowerment has become in this century, it is the main effective entrance that many countries seek, and that women’s work is intended to raise understanding, awareness, capabilities and willingness by women in order to bring about change in society, And following ways to end violence and discrimination against women in labor activity, and the distribution of power between women and men, and the biological differences between women and men should be abolished, and by this we do not mean the abolition of the principle of distributing duties.
