The letter was entitled “Personal freedoms between the requirements of the organization and the necessities of restriction (a comparative study between Islamic law and Iraqi law)” and on the issue of personal freedoms between the obligations of the organization and the necessities of restriction is authenticity and independence in the legislation of rights and freedoms in Islamic legislation, because this legislation is the result of a continuous, independent and distinct doctrine, so it must be in this way. This is a historical search for the development of rights and freedoms. These two systems did not exist during the days of Islamic legislation, and the balance in the legislation on rights and freedoms in the Islamic system, i.e. the system, like Islam itself, is based on balance, moderation and justice. The right to obey nationals, and the prohibition of taking power from him, or to be an image without substance, but tyranny was forbidden to govern him, and he was obliged to care for the nation fairly and to establish the rule of the State. God is in it, and what confirms and reinforces this fact between the capitalist and socialist regimes is a clear contradiction that has led to problems suffered by their peoples. I grew up. With these developments, the capitalist regimes, Majid, followed these developments in order to confront Marxist regimes, and socialist regimes retreated from many of the principles and foundations on which their traditional assumptions were based, and the consistency in the legislation of rights and freedoms in the Islamic system, Islam established the rights and freedoms that came with it on firm criteria, and the letter ended with a conclusion that included the most important results and recommendations.
