This study compares the laws governing these punishments, which include the Law on Discipline of Public and Government Employees No. 14 1991 in Iraq, the Civil Service System No. 82 in 2013 in Jordan, and the Law on Administrative Violations in Iran.

In order to gain an understanding of the legal system of disciplinary sanctions that terminate the association, define the disciplinary sanctions that lead to the termination of the association and define the civil servant as the basis for the penalties and the legal nature of the penalties, their purposes and The principles governing them were discussed.

Investigations were then conducted into images of disciplinary sanctions leading to the termination of the functional relationship in Iraqi law and the applicable laws and the competent authority to apply these punishments to the public servant, and then to the disciplinary sanctions imposed on the functional association.
