In our research, we organized the wages of workers in the Iraqi labor law, because the issue of wages is very important in the labor law, and most laws in most countries of the world have regulated it with special laws. , Because the main source of livelihood is the main worker and helps him to endure the hardships of life. Wages are the livelihood of the worker because the wage helps him to endure the hardships of life and the employer’s duty is to fulfill its obligation to the workers, one of the most important of which is the importance of this research on organizing this relationship Work that the employer is obliged to pay the worker after the work is done because it is a legal right for the worker so that he can overcome the problems of life and the principle of the contract, the law of contractors and where it is necessary to know the main question of the investigation. What is the wage law in Iraqi labor law and about research? Research method with a descriptive-analytical approach by looking at the texts and legal materials related to the provisions of labor law during the expression of the concept of wages and its importance for the worker and provide legal guarantees to protect him and the organization of labor relations with the employer and through this study. The most important results of the research, including the adoption of the 2005 constitution based on the principle of equality, could be achieved. Opportunities between workers in all fields of work and non-discrimination between one worker and another worker in terms of gender, religion or economic beliefs in Iraq.
