Legal Regulation for the Management of Mathematical Institutions in Iraq

This study aimed to examine the legal regulations of the management of sports institutions in Iraq. The sports institute is a geographical framework that occupies an important social position in the government and is done through the dissemination of culture.Sports institutions vary in purpose and appearance. There are sports facilities, sports clubs, sports stadiums, physical education colleges, gyms, school sports, business sports and professional sports. Sports institutions vary in purpose and appearance. There are sports facilities, sports clubs, sports stadiums, physical education colleges, gyms, school sports, business sports and professional sports.The management of sports institutions in Iraq seeks to guide the efforts of sports officials and to make changes in the style of managers and management elements and to organize the available resources to achieve the goals. Sports management, coordination and art are related to the pillars of sports work in all sports institutions and sports clubs and work to organize the existing efforts within sports institutions and clubs to achieve basic goals. The researcher followed a descriptive-analytical approach to analyze relevant data from his sports sources, and the management of sports institutions in Iraq was able to achieve levels of success.And this is through the application of sports laws in sports institutions, because the Iraqi legislator sought to reduce sports disputes, resolve sports disputes, protect sports, provide sports education, and organize sports institutions.However, sports institutions faced many challenges and problems, including the political and security situation in the country, the low level of culture and education of the youth and the infrastructure of sports institutions, which are considered insufficient to perform various activities, and the lack of financial revenues of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. , Poor coordination of managers, players and coaches and lack of some managerial duties for sports institutions, the most important of which is evaluation and monitoring.At the end of the research, the researcher recommends the need for sports institutions to pay attention to the development of long-term plans, to provide services that meet the needs and wants of customers, and to pay attention to employmentElements and functions of effective management in sports institutions such as planning, directing, organizing, controlling and leading and determining the powers and responsibilities and the need to find a kind of integration and interdependence between all departments within sports institutions.
