Social interpretation is a new trend from a group of methods, trends and explanatory approaches followed by the commentators in the interpretation of the Holy Qur’an. Social interpretation, which bears Quranic solutions to advance the reality of societies and their development, the social interpretation has received the attention of researchers and interpreters interested in Islamic societies and their social ills, distance from the Qur’an, intellectual and social backwardness, and being affected by external currents that aim to undermine the correct Islamic foundations and principles. Or at their head, the martyr Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr, who devoted his scientific and intellectual efforts to diagnosing social problems and challenges, confronting them and developing solutions to them. and humanity in general, such as justice, freedom, good deeds, and Ethical and pedagogical values, the researcher used the inductive, analytical, and descriptive method to search for the methodology of Al-Sadr in his social interpretation, and to try to identify his concept and his interpretive viewpoint. Through collecting the Qur’anic verses with one subject and trying to interrogate the Holy Qur’an after His Eminence found that the partial interpretation does not meet the requirements of the contemporary reality and that the role of the interpreter in it is a negative role. The Holy Prophet and the proof of the value of religion and its contemporaneity for all times. The social interpretation of Sayyid al-Sadr, which the researcher clarified, is an inductive interpretation that was extracted from the research and proposals of the martyr al-Sadr and the most prominent topics he dealt with in a group of Quranic verses with social connotations.
