We tried in our study this research on the emergence of Ismail’s and its developments, stressing its study in Arab Iraq and that is because of the importance of this topic historically, as there are important points in Islamic history. Study the reasons for the lack of development of Ismail’s in Arab Iraq and for this reason we discussed the emergence of the Ismailia in the beginning and its emergence in Iraq and the factors of its emergence as well. The Ismail teams led to ambiguity in their studies, but despite this they had opinions that contradict what the Muslims do in creed and Sharia. After this, we tried to search for the reasons and factors for lack of expansion and development in Arab Iraq, and we found that there are religious, social and political factors, including what the Qarmatians had in terms of belief and morals in Arab Iraq, especially in Kufa and Basra, and their bad treatment of the pilgrims led to The separation of people from them and the centralization of the Abbasid caliphate, which was in Baghdad, also caused the ability of the Abbasids to fight them and expel them from Iraq, which led to their gathering away from Iraq in Africa, Egypt and the like.
