    This study aimed to identify the extent and methods of the impact of advertisements published on YouTube on the buying behaviors of the people of Dhi Qar Governorate، and this study aims to know many of the reasons and motives through which goods and services are purchased، and the researcher relied in this study on The quantitative survey approach، where the researcher used the questionnaire tool to collect data from the respondents، and the study was also applied to a sample of the public of Dhi Qar Governorate، which numbered (426) from different age groups and from all classes of the continental community، where the sample was chosen randomly and as it was launched The study consisted of a problem represented by the main question (to what extent does the public’s dependence and use of subsidies affect its purchasing behavior?)، and the researcher relied in his study on the two theories of dependence on the media and the behavioral theory in order to know the impact of advertising on the purchasing behavior of the public in Dhi Qar Governorate and what happens from Results through this effect، and in light of the foregoing، the researcher reached a number of results that many rely heavily on advertising on YouTube to buy goods and services، and also that (99.3%) use YouTube. And that most people have confidence in the advertisements that appear on YouTube، and the advertisements published on YouTube enjoy much credibility in the eyes of the public in providing goods and services to people، and also that advertisements on YouTube always draw the public’s attention to them، and the public relies on video advertisements to purchase goods And services in a large proportion، and some people use social networking sites for entertainment and entertainment، as it became clear to us that the audience of Dhi Qar Governorate always depends on advertising in the purchase of goods and services.
