The Foundations and Characteristics of Islamic Leadership in the Light of the Interpretation of Al-Manar and Al-Amthal

The summary of the message entitled “The Foundations and Features of Islamic Leadership in the Light of Interpretation of Al-Manar and the Example”, I consider it the most important foundation of building the Islamic community, represented by religious leadership, and therefore the importance of Islam is to follow the divine vision of leadership, as there is also a human vision for the most important features of that Islamic leadership. Therefore, the choice of the topic is based on this, which is the expression of those features that Allah, the Exalted and Exalted, placed in the creation, to distinguish the wise guidance in which those characteristics are crystallized, so I freely study the methods of the features to follow my divine guidance through those attributes, so it was the study and the chosen subject. According to the point of view of two different schools, in evaluating the foundations of leadership and how to distinguish between these behaviors, which are defined during their interpretation, namely, Ayatollah Nasser Makarem Al-Shirazi in the Tafseer al-Makhtimal, who belongs to the school of Imamate in the Ummah of Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon him, In the school of the Caliphate, Sheikh Mohammad Rashid Reza, during the Tafsir al-Manar, and the study based on al-Manhaj al-Analysi al-Maqarn, the introduction contained the main objectives of the research, its questions and hypotheses, and the reason for choosing the method. Dua, in the introduction and four chapters, in the first chapter, we have learned the meanings of the word “al-Qida’a”, then the explanation of the interpretation of al-Manar by “Mohammed Rashid Reza”, and the explanation of the best interpretation of God’s “Layah” by Makarem Al-Shirazi, then the explanation of their lives and the method followed by all the commentators, then the explanation of the foundations which is among all the commentators, and the scholars focus on explaining the most important features of leadership in general, and the impact on the personality of al-Qa’id, and the similarities and differences between the interpretations, and then the theme of introducing the sheikhs, explaining their lives and expressing their thoughts in the interpretations, and touching on the methodology of the whole unit of the people, with the definition According to the methods followed and the Tafsir schools that are part of the whole unit, then see the most important positive qualities of the leader that the nation needs, and what are the negative qualities that the leader should avoid, then compare the common qualities of the leader, and what are the points of disagreement among the commentators. The results reached by al-Bachid, so that we do not agree on them, are the goal of the unity of the Islamic class, and the unity of the nation under a unified Islamic leadership, and the goal is the gathering and bringing together of the sects of the divided nation, and the gatherings under the leader of the nation, Imam Al-Mahdi – God hasten the coming of the near- God bless you
