This research seeks to explain the nature of Great soul and its features and its evidences in Holy Quran and Sunnah. It also explains manifestations of great soul in Lahoot, Jabaroot, Malakoot and Nasoot worlds (Jabaroot even Lahoot) and specifies the role of great soul in Fall chord and Rise chord. To explain this, it can be said that soul is from Amr world and it is the first existent created by God and worlds and the other existents are created by it. The other names of Great soul are the first exported, main human and Mohammadia reality. Expanse of Great soul applies Gods universe too. All existents are its manifestations as the soul itself is manifestation of God Essence. The role of Great soul in rise chord is a mediative role similar to its role in fall chord and the Great soul is an Intermediate for reversion of existents ,specially humans to God. This, for Compulsive reversion but it doesn’t negate humans liberty and the Great soul plays its role according to everyone effort.
