Inheritance is one of the important social institutions in different periods of the history of nations, that legal rules and principles, it is seen less. The nations that have historical background and civilization, in the inheritance of civilized nations follow their own religion. They were not subject to interest and logic. Iran has a long history. Iran has a long history. Our country has been a traditional religion Zoroastrianism. The ceremony was also inherits the function of religion. Inheritance in Islam is based on fiqh. But the issue of inheritance, It challenged in the inheritance issue of women’s inheritance. This is evidence of the precarious position of women in it challenged in the inheritance issue of women’s inheritance. Therefore, in the comparison between religions is necessary that the deprivation and female rates, in conjunction with each other and compare them. official religion of Shia in Iran and also the current Zoroastrian minorities in Iran, as well as background Zoroastrianism in Iran and the interaction of these two regulations on different issues on each other, and to this effect to the issue of women’s inheritance, is comparative between Zoroastrianism and Islam, as the religion neighbors with common issues, examine. In this paper we tried to show, Just or unjust legal regime of women’s inheritance duties related to women.
