Judaism and its history which is full of ups and downs is a relatively important subject in Quran. Moslems in Mecca and Medina have had lots of confrontations with this people and the attention of Quran to this tribe can refer to this neighboring. There are lots of verses in Quran that are related to Jews and these verses try to identify these people. Among these mentioned verses about Jews, some of the Jew’s beliefs can be observed. This issue raises this question that where the position of these Quran is mentioned Jewish beliefs in the Jewish holly sources? And whether the Quran’s mentioned beliefs of Jews can be generalized to all of the Judaism or the Quran intended Jews are people who had been contemporary with Prophet Mohammad in Medina? As a matter of fact, this study has been conducted to answer these questions and resolve this problem. In some cases the Jew’s holly book and Talmud see eye to eye with Quran but also there are some other beliefs that Quran ascribe them to Jewish people while they don’t exist in Jewish people’s holly sources. Based on the findings of this study, there is a big possibility that those beliefs had been common among the Jewish people who had been contemporary with prophet Mohammad in Medina and because of the debates and conflicts that have occurred between prophet Mohammad and  Jews some verses related to those incidents had been revealed. Finally, the current study shows that the beliefs and ideas that are specifically related to the Jews contemporary with Prophet Mohammad in Medina shouldn’t be generalized to the whole of the Jewish community because this can be against the fairness and opposed with the base and foundation of religions which is ethic, humanity and justice.
