The title of this paper is mystical analysis of nature ،effects and levels of certainty in the traditions. Foundation of this research is to understand the nature of certain, its effects and “levels” with a focus on Islamic traditions and analysis of Islamic mysticism. Arguing about certainty and its levels is one of scientific topics, practical goals that have long been considered among seekers of truth such as the sages and mystics. The discussion is difficult because usually those who have argued and considered himself the certain knowledge and intuition have been in touch and have experienced it. But those who have not yet reached level of knowledge of intuition and inner heart, for they will be difficult to do research on such topic. And that’s why they have difficulty of judging comments of mystics. For this purpose the contents of this treatise will be in three chapters. In traditions and Islamic mysticism there are some definitions for the nature of certainty such as faith, revelation and stillness of spirit. All these definitions are pointing to a single element which can be known as the nature and quiddity of certainty and that is a perfection of knowledge and higher level of dogma. So the high level dogma is the nature of certainty. About ten works can be achieved around Certainty. Such as: spiritual calmness, patience, trust, contentment, surrender and empowering view of Revelation, piety, sincerity and ease of charity. All these are mentioned directly in the Ahlul Bayt’s(PBUH) words. Speaking about stillness of the soul (spiritual calmness), resolving the doubt, patience, trust, Satisfaction, surrender, submission, resignation observation and meditation and annihilation also can be found in the words of mystics and each can have varied levels. This paper certainly addresses three but four orders of certainty, including the first order: Elm al Yaghin: On this topic we study criticizing tradition of rational sciences   the second order is Ayn al Yaghin which leads to a mystical revelation for the seeker. The third order is Hagh al Yaghin:  in this position, the seeker reaches the physical annihilation. The forth order is Bord al Yaghin:  the highest level of pure being and closeness to Allah and man entering the position, reaches the existence of peace.
