This paper attempts to study Bahá’iyyat’s laws. They claim that their laws are revealed, consistent with science, wisdom and requirements of time in all eras and ages. leaders based on the teachings and writings of previous religions have established rituals that includes provisions such as purity, prayer, fasting, Hajj, Zakat, bury of the dead, marriage, divorce and non-liturgical such statements in relation to Greetings, food and clothing and laws on transactions and commercial matters. Baha’is in compiling the religious and trading laws have copied and misused former religions that results in contradictory decisions with rational foundations, against requirements of time, inapplicable and Inconsistent and contrary to the principles and teachings.
