Halal food today is an important place among the Islamic and non-Islamic countries and are working to extend the range to the entire world. Halal food is said to be used in Islamic law, and the Islamic religion has allowed it to be consumed, and it is necessary to know the issues that have been expressed through sharia. Birds, which are one of the food consumed by people in different parts of the world, have criteria and criteria that, according to some criteria, the meat of a bird is solvent and, according to others, its meat is forbidden. But the important point is that Islam has several religions that may differ in some aspects of halal food, and therefore it is imperative to examine this issue from the perspective of the jurisprudence of all religions. Because of the lack of extensive research on this issue, the question of standards of tolerance and reverence is a question that needs to be explored until a satisfactory answer is reached. This research was conducted with the aim of understanding the extent and limits of the standards of religious beliefs and respect for birds among the religions. The introduction of this introduction is due to the description and analysis of the propositions of Islamic jurisprudence by collecting library data, which results in a very small jurisprudential difference. There are discussions about the standards of piety and respect for birds.
