The prayer is an important point in the Islamic jurisprudence, which is part of the Ahkam and is one of the most important prayers and as a pillar of religion among Islamic religions. And this thesis is presented with the title of “The common points and contradictions of the following branches of the religion amongst Imamieh, Hanafiyyah Hanbalyeh in obligatory prayers (number, right conditions and integrity). This thesis is intended to show that the common point amongst the mentioned branches of Islam is more than the contradictions through the research of the point of view of the branches like Hanafiyyah, that believes in analogy, and Hanbalyeh that believes in quoting, that is even more extremist than Maleki and Imamieh that is the moderate one between Rationalism and Quoting, and this thesis is aimed to do this via these three POVs and the common points and the contradictions and via the Ahkam and the contrastive analysis of Fighh. This approach will make the followers of the religions more familiar with one another and hence the similarities and the unity of the branches will be strengthened. The result of this thesis is that these three branches are very similar mainly, in the most daily prayers, in their numbers, and the conditions of rightness, and integrity, although there are some differences. For example, in the subject of the numbers, Imamieh and Hanbalyeh mention the Vetr prayer as Mostahab, not mandatory, and they believe that it is a regular Sunnah, but Hanafiyyah believes that this prayer is mandatory. Or in the subject of the conditions of rightness, which Imamieh and Hanbalyeh consider Islam as the right condition of accepting the prayer and they believe that apart from it, the prayer is not acceptable. However Hanafiyyah considers it of the mandatory conditions and not the condition of rightness. And in the subject of integrity, Imamieh considers the daily prayers to be Mostahab to be done in the group, Jimaat, however Hanbalyeh considers that mandatory for men and Hanafiyyah considers that a regular Sunnah. And this thesis is done based on a library research.
