The purpose of this research is to express opinions and opinions of Imam Khomeini (RA) and Ayatollah Safi about Takviv and Takhar province. According to Imamie’s belief, Ahlulbat has a Provincial authority against Islam. Since the province is divided into two sections of theology, the conceptualism of both types has always been a concern for Ahlulbayt. The province is the basis of the principles of religion and the ultimate goal of the Prophet. The proper knowledge of the province and its extent and its extent, and that the Provincial Council is originally with all its forms belonging to Allah Almighty, and that there is no one other than the Provincial Council for any person. Achieving the views and opinions of the two scholars and authorities of this century’s imitation, in the case of the Provincial Development Organization and the establishment of the proper knowledge of the province and its forms, which would establish a government based on divine rules and the implementation of divine laws and regulations, will also benefit from this research. The present research is fundamental to the type of library, and this study will use descriptive and analytical methods to examine its own data. The results indicate that: from the perspective of Ayatollah Safi, the Tahleh province is a general name From the late theologians to the Takvīn province; and to include any kind of supervision and priority that is related to the community of the society. From the viewpoint of Imam Khomeini, the Imams and the Prophets should, in addition to these matters, supervise the community in all matters such as political affairs, Cultural and legal affairs, and people should also accept their provinces in this regard.
