By emphasis on theoretical principles and practical character of Imam Khomeini, Dissimulation for lenience and its effect on proximity of Islamic schools of thoughts is an issue which is little attended so that there has not been comprehensive research on this issue. However, question about the Dissimulation for lenience and its effect on proximity of Islamic schools of thought on the basis of theoretical thoughts and practical character of Imam Khomeini is an issue which needs research to achieve a appropriate answer. Deduction from verses of Quran by aiding some juridical and substantial, generalities and predications of Dissimulation for lenience, character of Islamic prophet and imams and their followers are important reasons which legitimate the Dissimulation for lenience, and leads to its necessity by some jurists including Imam Khomeini. This study has aimed to obtain effective procedure in proximity of Islamic schools of thought and explain Dissimulation for lenience on the basis of theoretical thoughts and practical character of Imam Khomeini, view of jurists of religions and limitations of reasoning. This purpose I is obtained by gathering data through library method in two parts including discussing and analyzing Islamic schools. One of its results is the necessity of Dissimulation for lenience.
