In many cases, in the murderous cases, considering that the deputy’s actions had a great effect on the realization of the crime, due to differences of opinion about what the type of deputy’s actions and the differences in its compliance with other formats, the achievement of a single ruling Has encountered a problem. Obviously, the presentation of a proper proposal based on an understanding of the generalities and the content of the texts and the achievement of the ruling will be a major step in explaining the subject. In this research, using the library method, it was concluded that according to some deputies and its undeniable effect on the realization of the crime, it seems that it is possible to conclude by promising to detail and delineate between different types of material elements of the Assistant and the degree of The impact of each one on the result, in particular, of the arguments concerning the fact that the deputy’s deed was acting in some particular instances, allowed the inheritance to be inherited.
