Generally, in human societies, the male infant is almost the same as that of neonates, but today, the growth of all-round medical sciences has increased the range of human selection choices to determine the sex of the fetus through pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD), and The same has raised the emerging issues of jurisprudence, which the jurisprudent must comment on in terms of the terms of the license or the lack of authorization, as well as the provisions of the situation and its effects. Particularly in matters such as the vitality of Royan dignity, in terms of respecting or disregarding the instructions for cellular degradation and sexual imbalance, etc., the methods used in the past for the selection of embryo was very simple and non-interventional, such as the order to eat fruit Or special food. Hence, this issue has not been discussed in jurisprudence, and no jurisprudent has said anything about it. The method of study in this research was descriptive and analytical based on the library approach. The findings of the discussion are that although Fatawa is different between the scholars and the jurisprudents of the five different religions, in this study, based on jurisprudential reasons and rules, the license of the use of this technology in the cases of treatment was confirmed. In non-therapeutic cases, the conditional authorization can be given, because after not getting an explicit reference to the choice of the choice of the sex of the fetus in terms of verbal evidence, the principle of the principles and rules, the permission to do so is based on principles such as the principle of heaven And it is the principle of hypocrisy, and even if there is doubt about its sanction due to the lack of reason, the principle of exclusion takes place. Therefore, the selection and determination of the sex of the fetus, in spite of its corruptions and disadvantages, is not prohibited and it is permissible according to principles and rules.
