The idea of this research revolves around the attitude of the Ottoman authorities towards the expansion of the Wahhabis, and the impact of the Wahhabi call on regime change in the country, and Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab lifted the curtain on his call in light of the volatile living conditions in the Arabian Peninsula. When he announced the call and began to spread, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia adopted its principles, Under the leadership of its Emir Muhammad bin Saud, a deal was concluded between the two parties known as the Diriyah Agreement of 1744 AD, which is one of the first foundations for the establishment of the Saudi state. The first and second, this is what the nature of the emerging countries requires, but they fell due to some campaigns launched by the Ottoman Empire against them, and Muhammad Ali and his sons were able to get rid of the first Saudi state, but it has influence and some supporters of this state led to its rise again and the building of a third state in the hands of King Abdul Aziz who united the country in the name of “The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia”, and the Saudi princes worked hard to establish a system of government in order to build their government and establish their rule, in addition to their Diplomatic relations with neighboring countries and countries of the world, and they did this to ensure the smooth running of their interests.

In my scientific material for research, I used the analytical description, to describe and sequence historical events, and to analyze historical information.

After the effort and the work of the curriculum, several results were reached. The most important and general of them can be satisfied. Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab followed a politics covered with religion to spread his fake call, which aims to eliminate the Islamic religion. However, the Ottoman Empire managed, through sending its campaigns led by Muhammad Ali Pasha, to weaken their power and thus the fall of their state. However, the Saudi family managed to build their kingdom, which they called the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which still exists today.
