One of the fields of communication between people is communication through speech and deeds. Sayings and acts can be good, or obscene and mixed with sin or Laghve. Between the sayings and acts of humans there are Laghve or vane speeches and deeds, which includes the main part of their life and their communications with the others. Laghve speech and’s deeds actions and behaviors are said to the futile and useless ones, leading to the negligence of the remembrance and mention of God, the loss of capital of life in the world, regret and remorse in the afterworld and the deprivation of superior spiritual fund, and ultimately no reward and catch for man, in the world and the afterworld. These actions have wide range included many of human actions and behaviors at social and individual areas, but there is disagreement between the Sunni and Shias commentators and jurisprudents at certain the case and examples. Some of these two groups consider only useless and Mobah acts, as its domain, which causes to lose of time and little profit in mundane and spiritual life. Others account the sins and Haram acts as an example but some believe that the circle is wider from the two domains, included all useless, absurd, and vain acts whether they are Haram, Macroh or Mobah acts, and the religious verdict is Kerahat or Hormat, according to the kind of the action. The right viewpoint which is more compatible to the Quran and Narrations is the last viewpoint. This research does not have a similar sample and has not been studied and analyzed in any book or treatise of this subject independently and from the viewpoint of jurisprudential Denominations. The method of doing work was descriptive and library analytical.
