Its protection is linked to one of the human rights, which is the right to exchange data and information, the right to communicate and obtain information, and on the other hand, it is linked to the human right to the inviolability of his private life and to an element of his privacy, which does everything he has to protect its confidentiality and cover it with a veil of secrecy. The message reached a number of results, the most important of which is that sexual harassment in social networking sites is considered a dangerous and untouchable behavior because it harms others and causes them insomnia and tension. Studies revealed The absence of communication, culture of dialogue, lack of awareness and guidance between parents and children, wrong methods, lack of supervision of children, exacerbation of problems and the breakdown of family ties play a role in the practice of sexual harassment through social networking sites. The phenomenon of verbal violence through social networking sites is one of the modern social phenomena and among the pests that contribute to The disintegration of family ties and the ties of society alike, and the collapse of the value system as a result of rapid social change and the radical changes it has caused within the social structure.
