Research SummaryThis thesis seeks to study the status of women in the Noble Qur’an and Nahj Al-Balaghah. We have highlighted her main role in this life that Islam sought to achieve. The social oppression of women will not come in the Noble Qur’an and the word of God will never be revealed. Based on these considerations, our study was launched to show the status of women. Women in the Noble Qur’an and Nahj al-Balaghah, this thesis deals with many issues related to women’s rights with their spatial and temporal extension since its inception in human life until he inherits the land and what is on it. the status of the task in the Koran so focused on Islamic law women since her until her death he offered the Koran a lot of women's affairs in more than ten chapters of the Koran, the Almighty said:  O people, we created you from a male and female and made you into nations and tribes so that the sight of God God is All-Knowing, All-Aware. The thesis dealt with the most important issues of women’s rights such as (the status of women before and after Islam, the issue of polygamy, inheritance, custody, testimony, divorce, motherhood, the field of custody, the formation of the child, her family position, scientific parity, her political role, and her position in Nahj al-Balaghah) which occupied All social circles and people of thought and opinion, and I would like to review at the same pace some of the accusations that accused Imam Ali (peace be upon him) regarding women and defaming some women through rhetorical speeches, and we reached the results of the study, we have complete knowledge that women in the pre-Islamic era were violated After the advent of Islam, she gained all her rights and status, by collecting sources to write the topic on the issue of divorce, we found Islam has given her rights in this matter and we have come to the conclusion that women have a leading and political role in the Islamic society, and we have come to the conclusion that some people see that the veil has become an obstacle that prevents Without her participation in the scientific, intellectual and cultural fields, but the reality in which we live today does not explain this opinion. Finally, we concluded that there is a relationship between women’s rights and their position in the Holy Qur’an, and Nahj al-Balaghah, they do not differ. n about each other because the Qur’an is with Ali (peace be upon him)
