this thesis Is trying to Investigat Quranic goals related to Sabo AL-Mathani in the Holy Quran And show the difference between the Shia and Sunni schools in this regard And express their tangible effects and results and the intellectual and social level between the two schools. The commentators of both schools agree that what is meant by the Sabo AL-Mathani is the same as Surah Al-Fatiha And if there is a difference here In determining the goals of the Qur’an in Surah Sabo AL-Mathani. Therefore, some of them believe that the Qur’anic goals gathered in Surah Al-Fatihah are: theology, resurrection, prophethood and proving the fate and predestination. And others say that it is: monotheism, promise and warning, worship, expressing the way to happiness, the way to move towards it, the story of Prosperous and Unlucky and their attributes. And the third group believes that the Qur’anic goals are: praise of God Almighty, bids And forbids, promise and warning. And this difference has caused the commentators to differ in understanding the relationship between Surah Hamad and other Surahs of the Qur’an. The purpose of this treatise is to express the effect of induction in proving the Qur’anic goals from the Shia perspective For this purpose, we have examined the crystallization of the effect of induction in the theoretical and practical forms used by scholars in the texts of the Qur’an. These statements, with their general, private and partial divisions, have directly played a role in determining the Qur’anic goals. My method in employing the mentioned forms is to first consider them in the texts and collect them in a list.
And then, with an analytical-inferential approach to the validity of one of the indicative preferences, I will examine the role of theoretical and practical uses in proving the Qur’anic goals. One of the most important results that the researcher has achieved is: the patterns of productivity of intentions in Surah Sabo AL-Mathani and the recognition of the mentioned patterns by the two Shia and Sunni schools and its influence from indicative and non- indicative preferences. Finally, the researcher has come to the conclusion that Surah Al-Fatihah has rewarded all the goals of the Holy Quran. The present study covers the most important things that belong to the goals of divine Law, from the definition of the goals of divine Law to the ways and benefits of recognizing them. The author has proved that the goals of divine Law are listed under the goals of the Holy Qur’an and the goals of divine Law are a subset of a principle called the Qur’an. And the ultimate goal for which man was created is the worship of God Almighty. So it is God Almighty who alone deserves worship, and true happiness lies in relying on the Book of God and being guided by His teachings. And for this purpose, I chose to discuss and reach around this title, because it is the supreme and superior model of interaction with the Book of God. Therefore, all the goals of the Qur’an are composed of rulings, secrets, and subtleties.
And from such Rich goals, I chose the goals of Surah Sabo AL-Mathani and focused the discussion on the secrets of this Surah in both Shia and Sunni schools.
