Media discourse analysis is a comprehensive investigation about an issue, as it delves into the media texts and searches for what is behind the text according to analytical methods and scientific theories that determine the text’s systemic path. The study….. The researchers used qualitative methods in the critical discourse analysis section, relying on Van Dyck’s perspective on the discourse in its two parts: the pillars – the levels, taking the comparison as a method of study, and both Alsumaria TV and its counterpart DW were chosen as a community for the study and decided to choose A press report for each channel separately, regarding the repercussions of the Erbil Conference on Normalization, which was titled “Peace and Recovery” according to the intentional sample method in the nomination of the sample so that the researcher could reach objective results, and since the period of the conference and the subsequent period of study, and the researcher reached in the end a number of answers, the most prominent of which were : The person communicating through the report in the DW channel worked to show Israel in a good way for the latter through the verbal distortion of vocabulary such as his use of the following vocabulary such as peace, development, strength, beauty, attention to the other….etc. Vocabulary permeates the article, as they are attributes that the caller gave to Israel by force, and in order to delude the other of Israel’s intentions. As for the Alsumaria channel, the communicator proceeded to work exactly the opposite, he put the contexts in their right place, without systematic verbal distortion in the DW report, rather than the “peace and recovery” conference, he said, “the normalization conference.” The contact person in the DW channel worked through the report to show the aspirations of the residents, refer to them and comment on the matter as it is a matter of the Iraqi state or that it is a matter related to freedom of expression, after the transfer of data issued by the Iraqi government by the three presidencies as well as the regional government after it passed It quickly turned to focusing on the importance of Israel and conveying the suffering of the residents and their aspirations for normalization, as well as considering the matter as a normal matter that does not require fuss, and this is what was evident in the title of the report.
