Politics, its definitions, and components occupied a large part of the Holy Qur’an. A person familiar with the Holy Qur’an notes many political concepts such as caliphate, imamate, guardianship, governance, the necessity of implementing justice, and consultation, which the Holy Qur’an recommended and considered the basis of the political system in Islam. On the basis for the establishment of a solid political system that guarantees its members an honorable and dignified life.Studies have appeared in the Holy Qur’an, specializing in the political aspect of it, and they are known for the features of politics in the Holy Qur’an. The two jurists, Abi al-Thana’ Shihab al-Din al-Alusi, and Muhammad Jawad al-Balaghi were specialized in them. Both jurists returned to understanding the Islamic system in Islamic thought to the basic concepts that are based It is the Islamic community.The Islamic political system was established to preserve the purposes of Sharia, and to abide by what God Almighty commanded us, and the purposes of Sharia are embodied by the righteousness of the ruler through Islam. from God Almighty.In view of this importance, we began in this treatise to explain and clarify these features from the point of view of these two sciences, and extracted from their interpretation of the verses that contain them, the features related to politics in the Holy Qur’an. And achieving the purposes of Sharia, while the political systems were crystallized in Al-Balaghi’s practice of governance and authorities, so the principles of the state for him are the state – the rule – the people or the people.Al-Alusi and Al-Balaghi also engaged in political goals, whether Qur’anic or man-made.So our direction in the thesis was first to clarify and define the original concepts in the research in the first chapter, then to introduce Al-Alusi’s vision to the political system and the features of the state and political systems and others in the second chapter, then to identify the rhetoric of Al-Balaghi about the political system and the features of the state and political systems and others in The third chapter, then the comparison betwn the commentators in the fourth chapter, and this comparison is in two areas.
