An effective way through content production and control over the social media is the active, complementary and reticulated presence of educative organs (families, mosques, councils, schools, universities, etc.) in the social media. Family is the first and most important educative organ which is the priority in content production. We need skillful human resources for content production. For producing familial content, millions of professionals in the domain of family, meaning mothers that are fertile fields who, on one hand, give men a sense of spiritual and physical peace and, on the other hand, are part of their children’s physical and spiritual growth and development, can be very effective individuals in the production of familial content. For content production in social media, some prerequisites should be provided so that mothers can produce content while living their lives as mothers. To this end, with the cooperation of “Vazin Madaraneh” company in a big project, we trained about ninety mothers in this company. With the method of auto ethnography, we decided to watch and analyze the educative project which means the registration of the researcher’s personal experience, systematic analysis of the experience, extraction of labels and analysis of these labels in order to understand a cultural experience which is the finding of this research that means the collection of a number of practical points form the process of content production by mothers such as content approach in content production by mothers, organizational work in content production by mothers, the dichotomy of content production and motherhood, facilities in content production by mothers, group work and content production by mothers, and a whole bunch of other points which fit in the scope of a big project. Finally, we came to the conclusion that maternal companies can really produce effective content in social media while living their maternal lives. Any of these points which can be a challenge or issue on the way of content production by mothers presented in this educative project can be a guidebook or help to other maternal companies and policy makers of social media in education and content production by mothers in the social media.
