Al-Tadvin” book may be one of the very few unique books that specialize in recording and writing the history of an important city such as Qazvin, with its diverse cultural, social, sectarian, geographical and political history. It is one of the unique books that have reached us from those who are concerned with the history of cities, and we can say that this book, at a first glance, is a man’s book because it explained the condition of more than three thousand four hundred and thirty Islamic personalities among my companions and followers, and from the people of knowledge and others, but it included valuable information in the aspects of different, then add to this the personality of the synthesiser who gathered a great and abundant knowledge, and was not restricted to a branch or specialized in one type of Islamic sciences miscellaneous.Also “Al-Tadvin” book is one of the many Qazvin synthesizers, but it is the most important historical book he wrote, and he was able to document for us an important era, great history and diversity of one of the most important Islamic cities in Persia. Ordoctrinal or intellectual, and it’s the city of Qazvin, with it’s men, places, narrators, companions who entered or passed through it, and names of followers and important personalities in the first centuries of Islam until the last years of the life of synthesiser, and it is an important period that deserves study, stop and analyze it scientifically.The author was helped by his knowledge of rare manuscripts and the movement to acquire knowledge, and the large number of professors and sheikh’s from the wise men who took from them that his book should be an important source and purpose.One of the virtuous people who verified the book, Sheikh Aziz Allah Al-Atari, relied on an original copy, and it was first printed in India in 1362 Shamsi. That the book includes between its two covers a lot of Persian words and culture, as it was documenting one of the most important Persian cities and one of the most important cities of Islam in Persia after the entry of Islam to these lands.

The author was also able to deal with a great deal of the culture or history of other sects in this city, considering that the city is a mixture of various sects and culture.Al-Qazwini relied on many and varied sources that are the basis for writing history, as is the case of others who wrote Islamic history or the history of important cities, and he used all the sciences he acquired in his writing of codification to produce it in a way that makes it one of the most important things that were written about the city of Qazvin in the sixth and seventh centuries AH.
