In the performance of their professional duties, women journalists face various issues that can affect their performance, including these issues, the investigation of which can have positive effects on improving the performance of women journalists, issues related to the professional ethics of this group of people. is the media. This research was conducted with the aim of investigating and exploring the issues of professional ethics of women journalists and identifying the factors affecting it, for this purpose, a qualitative study was conducted through in-depth interviews with 15 experts related to the subject, including professors of communication and media science. , media related managers and professors of religion and ethics were conducted in managerial and organizational, media and ethical fields, and then the relevant categories were extracted from experts’ answers and thematic analysis; Based on the findings of this research, the professional ethics issues of women reporters are divided into three areas of managerial, communication and ethical issues, in the managerial aspect of professional ethics issues arising from the organization and rules and regulations, environment and news topic, education, gender, The indicators of professional ethics of women journalists are raised that media managers and organizations should pay attention to the gender requirements of women journalists in the workplace and pay attention to the special training of female journalists, including professional ethics training, while providing legal support to them. In the field of communication, it is necessary to pay attention to the various and simultaneous roles of female journalists in the society and family, such as: wife, motherhood, and job duties, and the families of these journalists should also be justified in relation to the specific requirements of the journalist job, it is also necessary for female journalists to If the customs governing the society are informed, they can play a role in providing a solution in this section, and in the moral dimension, vices, virtues and religious beliefs are raised, which in each of the categories will lead to better compliance of professional ethics by women journalists.
