One of the components and capitals of the Islamic government is the solidarity and political and social participation of the people that based on religious democracy, all members of society can participate in determining their own destiny and achieving their legitimate rights and in order to create, strengthen and maintain value. The Islamic Republic of Iran, which was formed after the victory of the Islamic Revolution based on key elements such as religious democracy and the sovereignty of society over its own destiny, should be effective, given the presence of the Sunni population in the body. The population of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and since the most important system and institution in the Islamic government that plays a role in determining and explaining governmental, social and political behaviors and actions is Islamic jurisprudence, Political participation by accepting the subject of Shiite and Sunni jurisprudential ideas can accept different situations and patterns.The convergence part of the united nation of Islam led us to discuss the jurisprudential principles of Sunni political participation in the Islamic Republic of Iran and principles such as monitoring the agents of the Islamic government, the need to preserve and expediency of the Islamic system, the need to adhere to the council and elections. Our obedience to the Islamic ruler to this research is descriptive-analytical, which is based on the collection of information and library studies.
