The sciences of the Qur’an are something that should be taken care of and paid attention to, because it is closely related to the greatest weight, which is the Noble Qur’an. The sciences of the Qur’an are a science that aids in understanding the Qur’an and one of the useful synthesizers in this field. Al-Hakim and the two books were presented to the heads of the investigations in the sciences of the Qur’an and we are after the definition, but from the concepts found in the title and the faculties related to the research, we started in the second chapter by defining the book “Al-Bayan fi Tafsir al-Qur’an” from the life of its author, his biography and method in the Qur’anic investigations, then the features And the characteristics and its singularities, and in the third chapter to the book “The Sciences of the Qur’an” from the life of its author, his biography, and his method in the Qur’anic subjects, then the features and characteristics and its singularities, then in the fourth chapter we compare these two books and collect the points of similarity and difference between these two books and the work It is unprecedented for researchers, and we hope that this message will be useful in this field

This study aims to find out the differences in terms of agreement and disagreement in the approach of the two masters (Al-Khoei and Al-Hakim), and their position on some topics of Quranic sciences, in order to explore some features of their interpretation of Quranic texts and to identify the impact of these sciences on their interpretive approach.

  The researcher relied mainly on two sources in his research on the interpretation of the statement in the interpretation of the Qur’an by Sayyid Abu al-Qasim al-Khoei and the Qur’anic sciences by Sayyid Muhammad Baqir al-Hakim, as well as other sources. In this research, I adopted the analytical historical research method, which aims to analyze historical events and provide information from the researcher’s point of view, and then analyze it by taking the information in the research and discussing it to highlight its importance and comparison among them, and to know the strengths and weaknesses, and I also relied on the inductive approach that Help me analyze the main problem in the research,

The research reached a number of results, among which we mention the sciences of the Noble Qur’an and its investigations, which received the attention of jurists and clerics, so they increased their studies and research on it, by returning to the ancient interpretations of the Holy Qur’an.

The issue of the abrogated and abrogated in the Noble Qur’an was of great interest to jurists, especially Messrs. Abi al-Qasim al-Khoei and Sayyid Muhammad Baqir al-Hakim, given the importance of the topic and the necessity of explaining it.
