The Holy Quran is the center of Islamic teachings and studies، and since its revelation until now، it has been the first and most important source for understanding and explaining Islamic teachings among all Muslims with their diversity and geographical and intellectual dispersion. After the Qur’an، it is the turn of the person to whom the Qur’an was revealed، because we have seen in the hadiths that (only the person to whom the Qur’an is addressed knows the Qur’an) and we read in the Qur’an.: To make clear to the people what has been revealed to them. The words and actions of the Prophet are also sources of legislation. And the dominant method for understanding religion and learning science، both in beliefs، in ethics and in rulings in all Islamic eras and cities، has been to adhere to the Qur’an and refer to it and the words and deeds of the Prophet. The same approach has been followed in moral and mystical works. In Al-Ghazali’s Iḥyā′ ‘Ulūm al-Dīn and Faiz Kashani’s Al-Mahja Al-Bayda، despite the difference in the religion of these two scholars، we see many references to verses and hadiths. In this treatise، an attempt has been made to explain how to cite the Qur’an and hadiths in these two books with a descriptive and analytical approach; In terms of counting the results of research achievements، we mention the following: In his interpretation، Ghazali is a combination between negation and affirmation، while Faiz Kashani is more stable and Ghazali is based on three schools of thought (teaching that a person is fanatical about، teaching that applies to guidance and education، and teaching of what A person believes in himself) relied on. On the other hand، Faiz Kashani presented his interpretation point of view with hadiths and completed the Islamic thought with an important aspect of interpretation through hadiths، because he believed in the possibility of understanding the Qur’an or interpreting it with the Qur’an، and if he could not، he would help from the hadiths. took، and therefore the interpretation in the Faiz school is more extensive. Faiz is between the sensory school and the Akhbari school، and the denial of the Akhbari school is proof of the validity of reason، except where it has a sensory principle. In the end، it is worth mentioning that Faiz Kashani and Ghazali are not on the opposite side in the discussed topics، because there are many similarities in their citations to the Holy Quran
