Issues related to women are important issues in Islamic societies and scholarly circles. The developmental characteristic of women compared to men has taken up a great deal of issues related to women’s rights, including their social, political and economic status, and the relationship between women’s status in society and their ability to fulfill their basic rights has led to the emergence of other topics. . The views of Muslim commentators stem from issues related to the creation of women and their rights within the framework of Islamic law. In this research, we studied the opinions of Allama Tabatabaei, author of the book “Tafsir Al-Mizan” and Al-Shanqeeti, author of the book “Tafsir Adwaa Al-Bayan”. Interpreters agree that the creation of the human race was through several stages of soil, water, mud, and the swelling of the soul, and in the meaning of nature and topics related to veils and adornment for old women and verses. Regarding refraining from looking at forbidden things and consulting, men and women agree to solve life issues, especially after separation. Of course, these two commentators also disagree on some issues, such as the quality of human temptation. According to the verses of the Qur’an, men and women are equal in the process of acquiring knowledge, although some religious tasks such as jihad in the path of God, that is, participating in battle and fighting the enemy, have been removed from responsibility. But jihad in its general sense, which is an effort and effort for the sake of spreading Islam, calling to God and spreading religious knowledge, is a general duty that includes both men and women. With regard to the position of women in the family, we point out that women, as mothers or wives, have duties and responsibilities that they must perform. The method of discussion in this letter is descriptive and analytical. We will explain the verses of the Qur’an based on the interpretation of these two sections, and we will mention the common denominators and the differences between them.
