Since the inception of the first humankind, man has instinctively tended to art by all its means and methods, as a way to express his requirements, and to achieve his own being. As it seems, the art started simple with symbols, calligraphy, pictures and drawings on the entrances to caves and temples, and even dishes and stones. The nature of art varied with the changing of the human environment, and the different understanding of life and its purpose, which led to a change in patterns of expression and its multiplicity in the forms of human society, which is evident in the differences between each civilization and another in its vision and practice of art, to the extent that it was said that each civilization has a soul that distinguishes it from others. By tracing the path of art in the footsteps of the successive eras of human history, he finds that art has developed historically: beginning with primitive art, passing through Egyptian art, Mesopotamian art, Greek art, Roman art, Christian art, and Islamic art; The end of modern and contemporary art. The Islamic art of painting in the first Abbasid era is characterized by thorny dialectical issues between the analysis and prohibition of painting, and between the influence and influence of the various surrounding civilizations to which the Muslim artist opened. Among the recent issues that need renewed jurisprudential consideration is the philosophy (philosophy) of artistic photography in Islam, from the point of view of art and Islam; Since the art of photography in the Arab conscience was not specific, especially in the time in which it appeared, except for the humble attempts in the beginnings drawn from other arts. But the Islamic faith was characterized by imposing its reality with tremendous force, and the entry of Islam constituted an artistic civilization that gained fame among ancient civilizations in the language of the Qur’an, which became one of the characteristics of Islamic art and the essence of the Islamic faith. The philosophy of Islamic photography and the Muslim artist both derive from belief and truth, as they were inspired by the art of photography from the doctrinal contributions stemming from an Islamic vision of artistic value, as this value presented another aspect represented in highlighting the normative or value nature of the One God, the Creator and Creator. As the subject of photography and images has a strong connection and relationship with Islamic jurisprudence; One of the manifestations of the jurisprudential technical problem is linking the souls as a means of inciting, especially at the beginning of Islam; It may lead to misguidance and evil. This matter, therefore, may lead to dissolution in matters of monotheism, the foundations of the Islamic faith and Sharia, and even the entire Islamic religion.
