     Currently, the use of financial advertising in general and in social communication networks in particular are considered as the basis of advertising, and this is due to the development of technology and the use of users of these networks and sites on a continuous basis that such sites and networks Is superior to classical advertising, so this study is written to express the level of factors affecting advertising invested in social networking sites and networks on users, and we want to express the level of importance given to these ads by users. . In this research, the researcher has used a descriptive method and a questionnaire, and we have selected the people of Dhi Qar as a research sample so that we can answer the main research question, which is: the factors affecting the advertising invested in social communication sites and networks on What about users? The researcher reached the results that are the answer to this main question and found that invested advertising has a greater impact and fans and broader than classic and old advertising in order to reach and influence users and social networking networks affect users. This is due to the wide range of users of this site and networks, and according to statistics, more than 85% of people use these sites and networks continuously. Also, the simplicity of using social media sites has made it a simple and profitable tool for marketers to sell their products, so there are tools through which the viewer can watch videos, photos, descriptions. Simple, low cost, high impact and advanced technology, and this is about e-marketing, especially on social networking sites and networks that have been used more due to the Corona pandemic and help users. To buy the goods and services they want from these sites. Among the technical characteristics that should be considered are various factors influencing the behavior of users, which are sometimes influenced by psychological factors (personal needs and desires, perception, education and tendencies) and other social needs and It is cultural, because the behavior of consumer users is a inevitable result of being influenced by these factors while viewing invested advertisements.
