The aim of this study was to investigate ISIL’s propaganda methods based on soft warfare tactics. The group has used the media, especially letters, to introduce their organizations, programs, beliefs, and news. One of the most important of these letters is Al-Naba weekly. In this weekly, ISIL has advertised using news, articles, images, infographics, and has sought to infiltrate the audience by using soft warfare methods, and has recruited and employed them, and by using war tactics. In the weekly Al-Naba, Soft has helped in the field of hard and military war.In order to achieve the desired results in this research, the best way is to use this weekly published by ISIL. For this purpose, we have examined the first 48 issues of this weekly, which have been published during a year, in a descriptive manner. The results show that the takfiri terrorist group Daesh, in Al-Naba weekly, has directly and indirectly propagated and used soft warfare tactics in this regard, and by publishing its text and files in cyberspace, the contents Has made itself available to audiences around the world to penetrate the audience’s mind, to be able to attract and employ manpower.
