The idea of ​​the research revolves around the behavior of Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) towards his Shiites and his companions during the time of his assumption of the Imamate after his father, Imam al-Baqir (peace be upon him). Guiding his Shiites and their companions who were contemporary in all aspects, whether social, economic, intellectual or educational. During the period in which he lived, the Imam, peace be upon him, sought to correct many matters related to the Shiite sect, in order to establish the Shiite sectarian identity and gain the love and respect of the community. existing in that period. Therefore, the focus of the research was how the Imam, peace be upon him, directed his followers and companions in all aspects of life. The method of this research is history at the level of descriptive-analytical, it was relied on the narrations and narrations that were quoted from Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) and counting the advanced sources, in particular Shiite hadith books that provide good material in the honest dealings, peace be upon him, with his Shiites, his companions and others, and on analysis as much as possible. Old and modern books dealing with the life of the Imam (peace be upon him), as well as writing news, and here it can be noted that part of this research is based on the social history approach. The result of the research that he reached is that Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) worked during his period except his imam to correct many doctrinal, moral and social matters. That time in order to gain the community’s love and affection for the Shiite sect and many of the things that this research dealt with, such as urging work and commitment to social morals, correcting false beliefs in monotheism, prophethood and imamate, teaching them the correct beliefs, urging the rich to help the poor and directing the legitimate rights of money.
