State Control Over Economic Public Institutions of an Industrial and Commercial Nature, A Comparative Study Between Iraqi and Iranian Law

State departments and its public, economic and commercial institutions rely on oversight to a large extent to carry out their legally established tasks and duties. Rather, they consider it the best way to perform these tasks, as it enables them to obtain basic goods and services that make them able to provide public services to members of society, and then achieve the requirements of economic and social development in the country. Raising the level of welfare for his children, as they are the lofty goals that the public authorities seek to achieve in accordance with the general policy of the state and the provisions of the constitution. Hence, we have the problem of research b. What is the role of state control over public economic institutions of an industrial and commercial nature according to Iraqi law and Iranian law?  The Issue of judicial oversight over administrative decisions on public economic institutions of an industrial nature has acquired great importance. The Iraqi and Iranian legislators enacted different legal rules, all to enable the Iraqi and Iranian citizens to resort to the judiciary, which is one of the priorities of public freedoms.  The importance of the research lies in expanding the activities of the Iraqi administration and similarly to the Iranian administration and its fields of intervention to achieve the welfare and social advancement of the Iraqi citizen, especially the Iranian citizen  As for the methodology of the research, the study of our research, which is the state’s control over public economic institutions of an industrial and commercial nature, requires a comparative study between Iraqi and Iranian law, a set of scientific research methods that restrict the full briefing of all the vocabulary of the relationship. The correct principle of censorship, by identifying the purpose of censorship, its objectives, the sequence of its interests, and the analysis of recurring phenomena with its systems.
