Purpose: Today, the media have influenced the identity of contemporary man by expanding geographical, cultural and political boundaries, so that the identity of modern man can be called media identity. The increasing role of new means of mass communication in various parts of human life has led to their use in various fields. The media are effective in strengthening the main foundations of society so that it can make a significant contribution to the consolidation and strengthening of social capital. The existence of an acceptable amount of social capital facilitates social actions. So that in critical situations can be used to solve problems from social capital as the main source of problem solving and improved existing processes. In this regard, the present study identifies the factors affecting the strengthening of social capital.
research method: study seeks to identify factors affecting resilience in pharmaceutical companies. This research using qualitative approach and methodology is grounded theory. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. Finally, 12 interviews were conducted. By applying the grounded theory, Data analysis was performed in three stages of open coding, axial coding and selective coding. Based on this, a qualitative model of research was designed.
Research results: The findings of this study indicate the extraction of 14 categories that are in the form of paramedic model including social capital as a central category and causal conditions (government policy), context conditions (organizational culture, hope, awareness), interventional conditions (monitoring and inspection, Staff training and empowerment, organizational rules, communication), strategies (guiding public opinion, preserving religious and national identity, maintaining and strengthening unity, discourse building, promoting positive moral values) and outcome (promoting social capital).
