The purpose of this study is to determine the role of social networks in raising awareness and informing about health tips for the coronavirus in Iraq by conducting a descriptive field survey and randomly among 302 social media users in the city of Nasiriyah is done. This study has the most important results that the important role of social media in the formation and promotion of health awareness and cultural health of society should not be underestimated, because the capacities and characteristics of these social networks with The conditions that corona has imposed on society have been identified; Also, one of the features of social networks is that they publish information related to the prevention of emerging coronavirus to their audiences who are not very aware of this issue at the lowest cost and in the fastest time. In addition, various intellectuals in the society positively provide services to the people through more and more widely used social networks. These intellectuals play the role of awakened ideas in society that can be effective in individuals and society. Also, these social networks have become a tribune for doctors and institutions to disseminate information and health tips. And turn wrong and wrong behaviors into correct and healthy behaviors and use these social networks to inform news and information specific to Corona to their audience. Also, a large number of users of these networks from the recommendations and instructions, ways to prevent and infection the virus through these social networks, without considering the methods of using these networks in shaping the health information of users, the social networks on which this instant information is provided are well informed.
