The study aimed to identify the role of the media department in promoting organizational culture in the Al-Gharraf oil field, as well as the department’s role in enhancing the ability of workers to adapt in the field, as well as the process of dimensions of organizational culture consistency in the Al-Gharraf field, as well as knowing the basis that the media department seeks and thus enhancing organizational culture, from During the following main question: What is the role of the media department in promoting organizational culture in the Al-Gharraf oil field. The questionnaire form was used as a tool for collecting data from the researcher’s sample represented by workers in the Al-Gharraf field, where the sample amounted to (291) individuals. The department seeks to disseminate it in the institution, which would work to consolidate institutional values in the oil facility, as well as that the department works on forming groups that would bring officials closer to the employees, as well as expressing opinion in order to raise the organizational culture, as well as working on consensus as well as working to adapt the workers. The study concluded that the media department has a method that enables it to deliver the message assigned to it, which works to raise the organizational culture, and has a major role in consolidating institutional values and the internal public’s interest with their managers. And that the media department always seeks to adopt the interaction between the employees and the organization is that the workers are like a group of friends who accomplish a joint work to achieve a common goal. This method works to close the gap between the worker and the manager and understand each other at their different levels of employment and know their needs, that the department works on the presence of groups that have a role in having direct dialogues with those responsible for the field and department managers, as well as the worker’s sense that his opinion has a major role It is positive for the organization.
