The Role of Modern Communication Technology in Developing the Work of the Management of Media Institutions (Al-Iraqiya Channel as a Model)

Today, society’s dependence on all kinds of technology has increased to the point where it has become a daily necessity, especially compared to its active role in various social, economic and cultural fields. And due to the global trend towards knowledge economies that are heavily dependent on modern technologies to enhance performance, the importance of media technology has become where we are now, and this has increased the history of various institutions in the use of technology. The new ones are in order to synchronize and acquire the latest developments in this field. In this way, the possession of media technology now represents a competitive advantage at the national and local level. In recent years we have seen great progress in the field of modern communication technology, institutions are competing with each other in a way that we have not seen before. Media institutions, especially in the Iraqi satellite network, should know how modern technologies affect the progress of the work of that department and the improvement of the work of the employees of thNew communication technology, media institutions, Iraqiya networkat department. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of modern communication technology used in the development of the work of media institutions. be This research is descriptive-relational in terms of data collection method. This was done using a questionnaire tool. Hypotheses were measured with a sample of 340 employees of the Iraqi Network, and Spss 19 was used to describe the demographics of the respondents and test the hypotheses, and the research results showed that new technologies have a positive and significant role in the development of the work of media institutions. have. Also, the results of the research showed that the use of new technologies has a positive and important role in producing and publishing news, receiving and broadcasting news, facilitating the circulation of information, accelerating the performance of tasks and improving the quality of performance in the work of media institutions, especially the Al-Iraqiyya network.
