The responsibility of the administration for both legitimate and illegitimate administrative decisions is that the principle in it is that accountability, whatever it is, is to commit an illegal act, but in some cases, the administration has questioned despite the judiciary’s recognition of the legality of its decision so that it demands compensation. Agreement in jurisprudence and the judiciary to include the administrative liability lawsuit within the administrative judiciary departments, which is the full judicial department. He has that the damage resulting from the work of the administrative authority is compensable, and therefore the importance of studying the role of the administrative judiciary lies in determining the compensation resulting from the damages generated by the work of the administration, by taking note of all the aspects arising from the illegal administrative decisions issued by the public administration that may result in the infliction of damage individuals, whether physical or moral harm, in addition to canceling more light on it for the benefit of the concerned authorities from the public administration, the judiciary and all individuals in the field With the fact that the illegal administrative decisions that the public administration may issue can affect any member of society, and thus in order to answer the question posed regarding the role of the administrative judiciary in determining compensation resulting from the damages generated by the work of the administration? We will divide our study into three chapters. In the first chapter, we will explain the concepts and faculties. In the second chapter, we will explain the provisions for compensation for damages arising from the work of the administration. As for the third chapter, we will dedicate it to explaining the role of the administrative judiciary in determining compensation.
