In this study, we have tried to examine the role of corruption in financing terrorism and ways to combat it, because the crimes of corruption have existed since ancient times and it can be said that since God Almighty killed Adam and his children. It has created these issues. Employee employment or public work is one of the strong foundations of the government and the government through the job of employee or public service tries to serve the interests of society and provide services to the people and support them, which is through public services. That provides employees to the people or the government or one of its branches or public interests based on the framework of a particular legal system and determines the relationship with the people for whom it provides these services, which includes general rights and duties. The problem of research is to determine the nature and identity of corruption and the diversity of the phenomenon of corruption and the multiplicity of reasons, types and forms of it. Also, another problem of research is to determine and determine the effects of corruption in supporting and financing terrorism. It affects all pillars of political, economic, social and cultural life, and since the phenomenon of corruption is a dangerous disease, it must be dealt with seriously and with a comprehensive strategy and strategy. Establish cooperation between all powers inside and outside the country and sign international agreements, in addition to creating domestic laws to prevent and combat this disease, as well as establishing methods and educational plans in cooperation with the Ministry of Education. And the Ministry of Science and Encouragement to establish and hold conferences, congresses, festivals and researches that present corruption and harms and methods of combating and preventing it. In this study, Research has tried to prevent these crimes and corruptions. In addition, it has used a comparative analytical method between the laws of Iraq and Egypt, and the following hypothesis, which states that it can be proven by corruption resulting from the behavior of an employee or responsible for providing public services that harms the health of services and public activities. We, as well as the person who harms public and utility services, should consider these acts as a crime and use national and international control tools, which are in addition to the domestic laws of the country, and this study has four The chapter includes the first chapter, concepts and generalities of research, the second chapter, the basics of the crime of financing terrorism and its punishment, and the third chapter, the effect of corruption crimes on the financing of terrorism, and the fourth chapter, methods of combating the financing of terrorism. And we have dealt with its actions.
