The role of the legislative and executive authority in monitoring and implementing the special provisions of the Iraqi constitution to protect human rights before state institutions after 2003

This study seeks to clarify the role of the legislative and executive authorities in monitoring and implementing the provisions of the protection of human rights stipulated in the Iraqi constitution, which limited the need to protect these rights before state institutions.  Mechanisms for supervising and controlling the implementation of the paragraphs of the Iraqi constitution on the protection of human rights, and in order to know what is the role of the executive and legislative authorities in monitoring and implementing these paragraphs, we will divide the research into three chapters.  The legislative and executive authority and human rights, as well as the constitution. The second topic will include the division of mechanisms for monitoring respect for human rights, where the General Assembly plays an important role in the protection of human rights.  Judicial and non-governmental bodies, and our study will be in the second chapter on guarantees of human rights and freedoms and in the law  Tour Republic of Iraq 2005, where the first topic will include guarantees of human rights and freedoms in the Iraqi constitution.  The role of the legislative and executive authority in implementing the Iraqi constitutional clauses.

 Through our research, we concluded that government institutions and non-official bodies must commit to providing all the rights granted to citizens in accordance with the provisions of the Iraqi constitution related to the protection of human rights, and that the violation of any human right leads to the violation of other rights, and the most important recommendations that we recommend must restore the role of the two authorities  The executive and legislative authorities in the protection of human rights before the institutions of the state, as well as the Amnesty International must intensify further in its efforts related to the protection of human rights, by eliminating discrimination and misinformation in the institutions of the state
